No way to list projects by name: get_workspace_status returns only a project count, and every project-scoped tool requires a projectId
Description
There is no tool in the Codmir MCP surface that lists an organization's projects with their names and IDs. get_workspace_status returns the organization with a projectCount field but no project list. Every project-scoped tool — get_project_context, create_ticket, list_todo, search_tickets — takes a projectId and otherwise falls back to a .codmir.json file, which does not exist in a chat or voice session with no repository checkout. The result is a dead end for any assistant driving the connector conversationally. get_project_context's own description instructs callers to use it to list assignable members before creating a ticket, but it errors with "projectId is required" when called with no arguments, and the only ID available from get_workspace_status is the organization ID, which returns "Project not found" when passed as projectId. So the documented path to discovering assignees cannot be entered at all without an ID the user has to supply by hand. This blocks the ordinary flow of creating an assigned ticket from conversation. It is felt most acutely in voice sessions, where asking the user to read out an opaque project ID is a significant interruption.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Connect the Codmir MCP connector in a session with no repository checkout and therefore no .codmir.json file. 2. Call get_workspace_status. Observe it returns the organization with projectCount 3, but no array of projects and no project IDs or names. 3. Call get_project_context with no arguments. Observe the error "projectId is required". 4. Call get_project_context passing the organization ID from step 2 as projectId. Observe the error "Project not found". 5. Observe there is no other tool available that enumerates projects.
Expected Behavior
Projects are discoverable by name without prior knowledge of their IDs. Either get_workspace_status includes a projects array with id and name per project, or a dedicated list_projects tool exists, or project-scoped tools accept a project name or key in place of an ID.
Actual Behavior
get_workspace_status returns only projectCount with no project list. get_project_context requires a projectId, rejects being called with none, and rejects the organization ID. No tool enumerates projects, so the assistant must ask the user to supply an ID manually before any project-scoped action can proceed.
